Therapy services
Meropi Choreftaki is a Greek licensed psychologist, currently working in the UK as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and CBT Trainee. Therapy sessions offered privately through this website are delivered online and are separate from any NHS or other employer service. A therapeutic relationship begins only after a consultation and a clear agreement between client and therapist.
Suitability and limits
Online therapy may not be suitable for every situation, including severe mental health difficulties, active suicidal crisis, psychosis or situations requiring face-to-face or inpatient care. If at any point a different level of care is needed, you will be supported in finding appropriate services.
Confidentiality
Your personal data is treated with strict confidentiality and is used only for communicating with you and providing therapeutic services. Nothing you share is disclosed without your consent, except where this is required by law or professional ethical obligations.
